We go through what is actually moving the needle right now — the designation, the local authority play, the systems behind it — and leave with a plan you can run the following Monday.

The working session runs 11:00 to 4:00. At 4:15 we move into the cocktail party in the same building, and that one has no hard stop — plan to stay.

Parking & getting in

Park in the structure. Start about halfway up the second floor, or anywhere on the third — those are the all-day spaces. We are in Suite 200. The building door has a code; you will get it by email an hour before we start, and it will be on your arrival page then too.

Where to stay

We finish late — cocktails run past the working session — so if you are driving more than an hour, book a room. These are the closest.
